At present, domestic and foreign petrol station vapor recovery equipment use methods mainly include adsorption method, membrane separation method, condensation method, absorption method or a combination of methods.
1. Condensation method
Oil and gas at different temperatures and pressures have different saturation pressures, can be pressurized and cooling technology, the oil and gas condensation from gas to liquid. The oil and gas can be recovered by a multi-stage continuous cooling method.
2. Membrane separation method
The principle of membrane separation technology is based on capillary condenser, and the oil and gas can be recovered by pressurization and cooling method using membrane separation method. This method focuses on the direction and prospects for the development of membrane materials, such as ceramic membranes, composite membrane manufacturing and application, as well as the development of new process separation methods.
3. Absorption method
Absorption method is a purification method to separate the molecular state pollutants by utilizing the nature of different components of oil and gas in liquid with different concentration and resolution.
4. Adsorption method
Adsorption method is to use porous solid adsorbent (such as activated carbon) under certain conditions on the different adsorption capacity of the components in the oil and gas, selective absorption of one or several components to achieve the purpose of oil and gas recovery.
